Providing false age information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and referral to appropriate authorities.
You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction and are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.
You may only create one account. Duplicate accounts will be removed. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
Zylove is a dating application designed to help adults connect. The Service includes profile creation, discovery features, in-app messaging, and two distinct experience modes:
Zylove provides technology to facilitate connections. We are not a professional matchmaking service. Compatibility scores, curated queues, and AI-generated profile suggestions are algorithmic tools to assist discovery — they are not guarantees of compatibility, chemistry, relationship success, or personal safety. Exercise your own judgment in all interactions.
Play mode contains adult-oriented content. Access to Play mode requires separate, explicit consent at the time of activation and biometric re-authentication every session. Play mode profile data is completely separate from Spark mode data and is never shared between modes. You must be 18 or older to access Play mode. By activating Play mode, you confirm you are of legal age and that adult content is legal in your jurisdiction.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your profile information.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@zylove.app if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you failed to maintain reasonable security.
Account creation requires phone number verification. Your phone number is used for identity verification and critical account communications only. It is never displayed on your public profile.
You retain ownership of content you submit to Zylove ("User Content"), including photos, bios, and messages. By submitting User Content, you grant Zylove a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable license to use, store, display, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
You agree not to post User Content that:
Zylove uses automated and human moderation to review User Content. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
Zylove may offer photo verification features. Verification indicates that a user's photos appear to match a submitted selfie — it does not verify identity, age, or any other personal attribute.
You agree not to:
Zylove operates a private behavioral reputation system ("Zylove Score") that tracks patterns of user behavior — including reports received, review outcomes, and interaction quality — over time. This score is private to the account holder and is never shared with other users.
A user's Zylove Score may affect visibility, access to features, and queue placement within the Service. Users with consistently high scores may receive enhanced features. Users with low scores due to confirmed violations may face reduced visibility or account restrictions.
You may challenge your Zylove Score through our support process at support@zylove.app. Score challenges are reviewed by a human moderator. A 90-day cooldown applies between challenges.
Zylove offers a free tier and paid subscription tiers. Paid features are described within the App. Pricing is displayed at the time of purchase within the App. We do not display pricing on public-facing web pages.
Subscriptions are billed through the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) or our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the then-current subscription rate until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods except where required by law.
Founding members accepted into the Austin Founding Circle receive lifetime Elite access at no cost. This benefit is personal and non-transferable. Zylove reserves the right to modify or discontinue founding member benefits with 90 days' written notice.
Your use of Zylove is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points:
Zylove cannot verify the identity, intentions, or background of any user. Meeting strangers from the internet involves inherent risk. Always exercise personal safety precautions, including meeting in public places and informing someone you trust of your plans.
You can report concerning behavior directly within the App or by contacting support@zylove.app. We take all safety reports seriously and investigate promptly.
Zylove cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations and will disclose user data as required by valid legal process.
The Zylove name, app design, and all related trademarks are the property of Zylove, LLC. ZYLOVE™ is a registered trademark (USPTO, Classes 009 and 045). You may not use our trademarks without written permission.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant Zylove the right to use that feedback without compensation or attribution to you.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Zylove does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any user-generated content.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ZYLOVE, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR PERSONAL INJURY.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain damages, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to Zylove in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at legal@zylove.app and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court.
YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION. All disputes must be brought in your individual capacity.
These Terms are governed by the laws of your home state or jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs all arbitration provisions.
Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration. Claims related to intellectual property infringement may be brought in court.
You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Delete Account. Account deletion results in permanent removal of your profile data within 30 days, subject to our legal data retention obligations.
Zylove reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, illegal activity, or conduct that harms the community or the Service.
Upon termination, your license to use Zylove immediately ends. Sections 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14 survive termination.
Zylove reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of Zylove after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zylove regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
