Zylove

Community Guidelines

Effective Date: April 14, 2026

Zylove is built on a simple belief: you deserve to feel safe, respected, and in control of your experience. These guidelines exist to protect that. They apply to everyone — in every mode, every conversation, every interaction.

Violating these guidelines can result in warnings, feature restrictions, score reduction, or permanent removal. We take enforcement seriously.
01

Be who you say you are

Use your real identity. Your photos must be of you. Your age must be accurate. Misrepresenting yourself — through fake photos, a false name, or a misleading bio — is a violation.

  • Catfishing or impersonating anyone
  • Using photos that aren't you
  • Lying about your age
  • Creating multiple accounts
02

Treat people with respect

Everyone on Zylove is a real person. Harassment, abuse, and intimidation have no place here — not in messages, not in profile content, not anywhere.

  • Harassment, threats, or stalking
  • Hate speech targeting race, gender, sexuality, religion, or any protected class
  • Body shaming or deliberately cruel messages
  • Pressuring someone after they've said no or unmatched
03

Keep it legal

Zylove cannot be used for anything illegal. This includes solicitation, trafficking, scams, or any activity that causes real-world harm.

  • Soliciting or advertising commercial sexual services
  • Scamming, fraud, or requesting money
  • Any content involving minors in a sexual context — zero tolerance, reported to authorities immediately
  • Sharing another person's private information without consent
04

Respect consent — always

Consent isn't just a feature in Zylove — it's the foundation. Photo exchange requires mutual agreement. Conversations require a match. No means no, and silence means no.

  • Attempting to bypass consent-based photo exchange
  • Sharing screenshots or recordings of conversations
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery of any kind
  • Continuing to contact someone who has unmatched or blocked you
05

Keep Play mode where it belongs

Play mode is a private, adult-only space. It exists because consenting adults deserve a safe place to be direct about what they want. That only works if everyone respects the boundaries of the space.

  • Sharing Play mode content outside the app
  • Using Play mode to solicit payment or commercial services
  • Accessing Play mode if you are under 18
  • Attempting to move Play conversations to Spark profiles
06

Don't game the system

Zylove's reputation system, compatibility scores, and discovery algorithms exist to create a fair experience for everyone. Attempting to manipulate them undermines the community.

  • Using bots, scripts, or automated tools
  • Coordinating fake reviews or reports against other users
  • Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities — report them instead
  • Creating new accounts to evade a suspension or ban

How we enforce these guidelines

Every report is reviewed by a human. We don't rely solely on automation to make decisions that affect your account.

Consequences scale with severity. Minor violations may result in a warning. Serious or repeated violations result in permanent removal. Content involving minors is reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement without exception.

Your Zylove Score reflects how you treat people over time. Users with strong scores get more — more visibility, more features, more trust from the community. Users who consistently violate these guidelines lose access.

You can challenge an enforcement action by contacting support. A human will review it. There is a 90-day cooldown between challenges.
